If your original computer breaks down or is upgraded to a new computer within 5 years of purchasing a DNADynamo license, you can transfer your license to a replacement computer. Use DNADynamo menu option ‘Help’ ->‘Licensing’ -> ‘Request A Deactivation KEY’ - or email us if you no longer have access to your computer and we will reset your license KEY manually

License Grant  - The license permits the use of DNADynamo on any compatible device, subject to the concurrent user limit purchased. - Licenses are “floating,” meaning they are not tied to specific devices or users. 2. Access Credentials - Licensees will receive a unique server address and access code. - These credentials must be kept confidential and not shared beyond the licensed organization or individual. 3. Concurrent Usage Limit - The software may only be used on the number of simultaneous instances specified in the license agreement. 4. Availability and Downtime - While BlueTractorSoftware aims to maintain high availability, we use third party servers (Digital Ocean) and third party licensing systems (LimeLM) and occasional downtime may occur due to third party:   - Server maintenance   - Network disruptions   - Infrastructure upgrades   - Unforeseen technical issues - BlueTractorSoftware is not liable for any loss of productivity, data, or revenue resulting from service interruptions. > _“By purchasing a license, you acknowledge that occasional downtime is an inherent risk of cloud- based services and accept that BlueTractorSoftware cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.”_ 5. Support and Maintenance - Basic support is provided via email. - Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. - Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice. 6.
